CHALLENGE
In Q1 of 2020, I overhauled the entire Boingo for Multifamily Support site.
The goal of this project was to alleviate friction for customers while reducing cost and call volume for the customer care team.
GO WITH THE FLOW
I created user flows for different customer types, white-labeling, authenticated states, contracts, and location-based limitations.

MORE WINNING.
I revamped a search feature for providing location-based personalized support. Because individual property-types featured different hardware or wireless solutions, determining where the user was located was crucial in delivering the correct support articles.
FILTER BUILDER
We introduced an improved article search function and an ability to filter topics by popular keywords.



ONE DESIGN TO RULE THEM ALL
I created a design-system built to adapt and inherit different style guides for custom and white-label products.
